REGISTRATION & ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

Registration for the conference, field trips and gala dinner, as well as the submission of abstracts, must be completed online (the link will be available in the future) from 15 October 2026 to 15 February 2027. 

Abstracts must be submitted at the same time as registering, along with your preferred presentation format (oral or poster). The template for abstract submission is provided here. 

 Queries regarding billing should be sent to congresosfg@ucm.es. Queries regarding scientific questions should be sent to mfed27.conference@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: the maximum number of in-person participants is limited to the first 100 registrations.
